VIRTUAL MATERNITY CARE VIA TELEHEALTH FOR BIRTHING CENTER CLIENTS – THE JJ WAYⓇ
Commonsense Childbirth/ The Birth Place birthing center in Winter Garden is staying open to serve you during the COVID19 pandemic. For patient and staff safety we are limiting appointments for onsite visits until the state of emergency has been lifted. We will continue to see patients with urgent needs in person, or for physical exams and of course for labor and delivery and postpartum. All other visits will be conducted by telehealth in order to maintain our scrupulous sanitizing regimen and to protect the environment for our birthing parents and newborns during the pandemic. We have created a strong pandemic birthing center protocol to keep you safe and we are working closely with our collaborating physicians, diagnostic labs, radiology sites and hospitals. For more details about telehealth services and onsite delivery for birth center birth please email email@example.com.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.

NATURAL BIRTH AND WATER BIRTH IN A BIRTHING CENTER We offer natural birthing services and water birth with midwives in our community birthing center ‘The Birth Place’ in Winter Garden, Florida. If you are interested in out of hospital birth with a same day discharge home we are happy to talk to you further about personalizing your birth plan. This option is for low-risk, healthy pregnant women who are not looking for epidural or other pharmaceutical pain relief for labor.
WOMEN’S HEALTH CARE (GYN) We offer a women’s health care clinic providing well-woman care, screening and prescriptions for STD/STI infections, and limited family planning services. There is a serious and ongoing need for access to women’s health care in our community which particularly impacts those with the greatest need for services. It has long been known that women need health care support during pregnancy but also in-between babies in order to remain healthy and have the best possible outcomes when they do conceive.
PREGNANT IN CENTRAL FLORIDA We know how difficult it is to find a maternity care provider in our area. Not everyone takes Medicaid/Managed Care insurance or is willing to work with self-pay patients for a reasonable price. Additionally, if you are advanced in your pregnancy, whether you have prenatal records or not, most providers will not accept you.
Our goal is to calm your concerns, get you started with prenatal care and set up for your hospital delivery as soon as possible – we will not turn anyone away, that’s why we are called the “Easy Access” Clinic!
We welcome Self Pay Patients and offer affordable prices and cost-effective payment plan.
We accept Paypal Credit so that you can pay for your chosen package or pay for additional services such as ultrasounds immediately and have up to six months to pay
We accept HSA’s or FSA’s
We accept Florida Medicaid and these Managed Care plans:

The Easy Access Clinic – Everyone deserves access to quality medical care. Jennie founded the Easy Access Clinic to ensure all women, especially the most vulnerable women and pregnancy, receive care and help without regard to their financial ability. The clinic primarily serves low income and other at risk moms and babies. The clinic has tracked extraordinary results for demographics typically marginalized and experiencing the worst birth statistics of any.
